Why buy hardware through an MSP rather than online?
Because the sticker price is a small part of the cost of ownership. A device from us arrives imaged, encrypted and enrolled into management and security, its warranty and repairs are handled for you, and its replacement is planned before it fails. Buying boxes online leaves all of that work, and all of that risk, with you.
Do you only supply Lenovo hardware?
No. Lenovo is our default recommendation on reliability and value, and our partnership gives clients strong pricing and support, but we specify to your needs. Where a different vendor fits better, we will say so.
Do you repair hardware yourselves?
Yes. We run our own workshop and spares department, so many repairs happen in-house rather than being shipped back to the vendor. Combined with warranty management and held spares, it means faults are fixed quickly and your people are not left waiting on a courier.
What happens to our old equipment?
It is securely data-wiped and then disposed of in line with WEEE regulations, with documentation for your records. Where equipment still has useful life, we advise honestly on redeployment or responsible recycling rather than sending it to landfill.
Can you supply servers and networking kit as well as laptops?
Yes. We recommend, supply, install and maintain the full stack: laptops, desktops and workstations, servers and storage, switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi. Because we design and support these environments as one, the kit is specified to work together rather than bought piecemeal.
How do you help us budget for hardware?
Every device we manage is tracked by age, health and warranty status, so refresh is planned into your budget years ahead rather than arriving as an emergency. We also compare lease, purchase and staged rollout options transparently, so the finance fits your cash flow.
