Should our business move to the cloud?
For most organisations, yes, but not everything and not all at once. Email, files and collaboration almost always belong in Microsoft 365. Line-of-business applications and some workloads can be better on-premise or hybrid. We assess each case honestly rather than defaulting to "move everything".
Does Microsoft 365 need separate backup?
Yes. Microsoft guarantees the service will run, but its retention of your data is limited and deleted items age out. An independent backup of email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams protects you against accidental deletion, malicious insiders and ransomware. We include it as standard.
How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?
A typical migration takes one to three weeks from assessment to completion, with the actual cutover usually happening outside working hours. Larger or more complex environments are moved in stages so your team keeps working throughout.
Are we on the right Microsoft 365 licences?
Often not. Most environments we audit contain unused licences, users on the wrong plans, or add-ons duplicating features already included. We right-size at onboarding and re-check at every review, so licensing stays accurate and budgets stay predictable.
How do you secure Microsoft 365?
We apply a hardened baseline to every tenant: multi-factor authentication, conditional access, safe attachment and link policies, and continuous monitoring for suspicious sign-ins and rule changes. It is the same standard our ISO 27001 certification holds us to internally.
Can you manage hybrid environments?
Yes. Plenty of businesses rightly keep some servers or applications on-premise. We design, monitor and manage hybrid setups as one environment, so the join between cloud and on-premise is never your problem.
