About Lenovo
Lenovo is the world’s largest PC maker, holding around a quarter of global shipments (24.4% in Q2 2026, per IDC), and sits in the Fortune Global 500. Its business credentials trace back to the 2005 acquisition of IBM’s PC division, which brought the ThinkPad and ThinkCentre lines and their engineering culture with it.
Built for business, tested like it
The ThinkPad line has sold more than 200 million units since 1992 and is tested against the US military MIL-STD-810H standard for shock, drops, dust, temperature and humidity. Alongside it sit ThinkCentre desktops, ThinkSystem servers and ThinkVision displays, which together cover most of what a business estate needs, whatever its size.
How we deliver it
We specify devices against how your people actually work, image and encrypt them before delivery, enrol them into management and security from day one, and handle warranty and lifecycle so replacements are planned rather than a surprise. Hardware is supplied as part of the managed service, not as a box drop.

Why ThinkPad rather than a cheaper consumer laptop?
Business machines are built and tested differently: MIL-STD-810H durability testing, longer support lifecycles, stable parts supply, and manageability features consumer ranges skip. Over a three-to-five-year life, the reliable machine is almost always the better value.
Do you handle warranty and repairs?
Yes. We manage Lenovo warranty claims and repairs on your behalf, keep spares moving, and track every device’s age and health so refresh is planned into your budget rather than forced by failure.
Can you supply brands other than Lenovo?
Yes. Lenovo is our default recommendation on reliability and value, but we specify to your needs, and where a different vendor fits better, we will say so.
